THE PROBLEM

A traditional site diary is a Word document opened Friday afternoon, populated from memory, and rarely referenced again. When a dispute happens six months later, the diary is thin, contradictory, or missing.
A Plexa diary is captured live: photos taken on the deck, workforce numbers logged at the toolbox, weather recorded automatically, incidents timestamped as they occur.
